BTC Championships 8th June 2025

The British Taekwon-Do Council (BTC) competition is on the 8th June 2025 and I encourage all squad members to participate. This is another great opportunity to compete with lots of different students from across a wide section of the country and organisations for more experience. There are slightly different rules which you can find the information pack below.

This is for Squad members only as you have more experience and preparation.

  • Competitor entry fee is £20.00 per event (please note: power is either hand or foot not both).
  • HSTS Entry and spectator registration deadline is the 18th May 2024.
  • Spectator entry fee is £10.00 (Children 12 and under are free).
  • There will be a TAG team event – registrations will be taken on the day of the competition.
  • Please note: Fill out all the information and then select the event/s you wish to enter and any spectators tickets you require and pay.

Black belt Weigh-in: 8:30am

Competition starts: 9:30am

Colour belts: All kup competitors will have their height/weight checked at ring side prior to their division commencing.

Weight check Black belts: All black belt Cadet/Adult/Executives will need to register and weigh in prior to the event starting in the weight-check area. All Junior (up to and Including 14 years) black belt competitors will be height checked on the ring.

COMPETITOR DECLARATION:
• I accept that my group may be amended or cancelled if there are insufficient competitors in my category.
• I will wear approved protection on my head, hands, feet & teeth also if male a groin guard. I will also wear a full white Dobok / Uniform to compete.
• I accept that late or incomplete entries may be rejected and that all applications are only accepted on the basis that the competition must be adequately funded. I agree there will be no refunds except if the event is cancelled.
• I am fully aware that participation in the event is entirely at my own risk and that I am responsible for arranging insurance for myself to provide suitable cover for any injuries or other problems that I may get as a result.
• I agree that I may be disqualified if any of the information on this form is found to be incorrect.
• I accept that BTC Fully complies with anti-doping regulations. Any competitor 18+ may be subject to an anti-doping test.
• In filling this form, all applicants have agreed they understand that event staff will be filming during the day which may be used for promotional purposes.
