We need to know who and how many students are grading to facilitate the certificates and belts. If your place isn’t booked you may be turned away on the day of the grading.

The grading eligibility is as follows (the grade you are now):

Yellow Belts, Green Tags, Green Belts, Blue Tags
3 months of continuous training and 24 attendance lessons

Blue Belts, Red Tags, Red Belts, Black Tags

6 months of continuous training and 48 attendance lessons

(Note: Your attendance criteria determine whether you are eligible to grade but your instructor will determine if you are ready to grade or not)

Please make sure you have the required amount of attendance for your grade on the membership system app: https://members.utaonline.co.uk/

All under 13’s must have their parents fill out the Home Assessment form (HERE) this form is a requirement to grade.

Current grade is listed as it is now, not the grade applied for.

If you or your children are not on the list, it means you haven’t registered, are not eligible or it is an error on our part. If you believe this is an error and you have confirmation of registration please contact the office by return email as soon as possible. We will not accept any registrations that have missed the deadline.

Please arrive at your/your children’s allocated start time and pick up 5-10mins before the next groups start time incase we finish early (all times approx).
