Dear Parents,

You may be aware that we run a Junior Leadership Academy Program for 11 to 17 year old students, blue belts, and above. This is to assist in teaching the Little Dragons and depending on the age of the Junior Leader some Cadet classes.

This academy program guides them through a 26 weeks process of self-development and learning how to teach with feedback and self-assessment on their development throughout.

If your child fulfils the criteria and is interested in enrolling on this program, I have set up a workshop they must attend to be accepted into the academy.

This workshop is on the 31st January 2026 10.00am – 1.00pm at St Michaels Community Centre, Hitchin.

This is also for existing Junior Leaders to attend and all candidates must sign up on the website (link below) for the workshop.
