COMPETITOR DECLARATION
- I confirm that my child’s Association membership (which includes BTC insurance) is in date, or that I will put this in place before they participate, and that we shall at all times behave in a manner which promotes the safety of everyone attending the event in line with the Association’s health, safety and safeguarding policies and demonstrates the values of Taekwon-Do
- I accept that my child’s group may be amended or cancelled if there are insufficient competitors in my child’s category
- My child will wear approved PTK type protection on head, hands, feet & teeth and, if male, a groin guard. They will wear a full white UK ITF Dobok /Uniform to compete
- In ticking the boxes on the registration form, I acknowledge that event staff will be filming during the day which may be used for promotional purposes.
