🐉 HSTS Taekwon-Do Little Dragons Half Day Training – 18th February 2026 🐉
On 18th February 2026, our HSTS Taekwon-Do Little Dragons came together for an exciting and action-packed Half Day Training event—and what a fantastic day it was! 🥋✨
Held as part of our specialist Little Dragons martial arts programme, the session gave our young students the opportunity to develop their skills, build confidence, and most importantly, have lots of fun in a supportive and structured environment.
A Fun-Filled Martial Arts Experience for Children
Our Little Dragons Half Day Training was carefully designed to cover all aspects of the HSTS Taekwon-Do Little Dragons curriculum. Throughout the session, students worked on:
🥋 Fundamental Taekwon-Do techniques
⚖️ Balance and coordination drills
⚡ Agility and fast footwork exercises
🧠 Focus and listening skills
🤝 Teamwork and respect-based activities
By combining structured martial arts training with engaging games and challenges, our Little Dragons were able to improve their physical skills while building important life skills such as discipline, perseverance, and self-belief.

At HSTS Taekwon-Do, our Little Dragons programme is specifically designed for younger children, helping them develop:

During the Half Day Training, it was wonderful to see students stepping outside their comfort zones, trying new techniques, and encouraging one another. Their energy, enthusiasm, and positive attitudes made the morning a huge success.
