Dear Students/Parents,
It was great to see so many students on Tuesday at the Stevenage venue and Wednesday at the Hitchin outdoor training this week already.
We are trying to apply our risk assessment and implementation procedure for your safety and abiding by the government guidelines in not having large amounts of people gathering at any one time.
We have had situations in between the lessons with parents congregating in the carpark after the lesson and some of the next group arriving too early. Therefore, I have now adjusted the times for each group so we have a longer time gap between lessons BUT I ask you again, can you please NOT arrive early and LEAVE straight away from the venues. It might be advisory for some to park on the side roads at the Hitchin venue due to the size of the carpark and walk into the School grounds or even better walk from home if that’s possible.
Also, we will now have 1 entry point and 1 exit point at the Hitchin venue Mary Exton field area, so please look out for the signs.
See new group times below, some students have changed groups so familiarise which group you/your children are in incase it has changed.
