Just a little message to let you know, the UTA have been working on a new system to record attendance, gradings, assessments and keep emergency contact details.
So, after the upcoming colour belt and black belt gradings over these next two weeks, this system will replace attendance cards reducing the time for registration. However, if you have a little dragon training with us we will still continue to use the attendance cards and the new system together when we start giving out stickers again.
We have initially set up your/your child/children’s account, however, we are in the process of resetting all the passwords with an automatically generated password. You will be receiving an email very soon from the new system, we will send another email to let you know this has been sent out as you might need to check your spam, junk or promotions folders.
After receiving this you will be able to login and see your profile to make sure all the details are correct, if not, you will be able to change phone numbers, emergency contact details, home address and your email address.
The user is the parent (if the student is under 18) and the student is the child. If you are over 18, you will be the user and student, this enables multi students on the same user.
With this new system you will be able to keep up to date with attendance and grading history. When we get back to normal the QR code you were given will be used for scanning into your class on arrival (we are doing this manually at the moment). This QR code is also on your account, which can be accessed from your phone.
The web address for the system can be added to your home screen on your phone for quick access so you can refer to it like you would do with the old attendance cards.
We are always working on ways to improve the systems we use for access, time and information to enhance your training experience. We hope this is a step forward and you will benefit from it while you are a member of HSTS and the UTA.
