Well done everyone at Stevenage on Tuesday, Hitchin and Barton on Wednesday, not great weather but we continued to train. Thanks to the HSTS Instructors for your spirit and dedication to teach your groups. I am in awe of you all and am humbled by your dedication. I keep asking students if they are ok and they keep telling me they love training and the rain doesn’t bother them. True martial artists, all of them.
