I hope you all had a lovely weekend and are ready to tackle this week! We had so many pictures back this week, I’m very impressed by the effort put out there.

You now all know it’s okay to feel angry, but it’s not ok to hurt someone because you’re angry. There are other things you can do to calm down. Counting to 10, punching pillows or cushions, playing with toys or friends, going for a walk or a run, reading a book are all fantastic ideas, well done!

There has to be a winner though and this week it is Dera, well done! Your punch bag is fantastic.
