Okay, so last week we were talking about healthy foods and not so healthy foods. This does not mean we shouldn’t eat unhealthy foods, because they are yummy too, but it means we should limit the amount of unhealthy foods we do eat. You were all very good and knew exactly which foods were healthy and unhealthy and if you crossed out the following foods, then you’re all winners this week:

  • Ice Cream
  • Crisps
  • Sweets
  • Fizzy Drinks

Well done everyone that coloured their activity sheets in correctly, you’re all amazing! This week your activity sheet is to list some fruits and vegetables and maybe draw some pictures of them too. I know they will be great.
