So this is the last week of our respect unit, but that doesn’t mean you stop respecting others! Think about how you would like to be treated and treat others the same way. That is my wise comment for this week.

Well done everyone for coming up with some wonderful words to show how you feel when you’re respected! It really says something about your person when a child can come up with words like:

  • Proud
  • Happy
  • Special
  • Loved
  • Strong
  • Powerful
  • Content
  • Polite
  • ‘Kindful’ – (insert hear emoji here)
  • Caring
  • Sharing
  • Great
  • Good
  • Amazing
  • Joyful
  • Good
  • ‘Cuddly’ (I love to feel cuddly!)
  • Awesome
  • Thankful
  • Kind
  • Pleased
  • Cared for
  • Relaxed
  • Friendly
  • Worshipped
  • Heard
  • Nice
  • Excited
  • Listened to
  • Helpful
  • And the best word… IMPORTANT!

Because each and every one of you is important! Remember that every day. You can do amazing things when you feel all of those feelings mentioned above! You are all capable of more than you know right now. Do good things in life and you will always feel all those wonderful emotions and feelings! Well, that’s another wise thing I just said. I think I need to have a nap now.

I haven’t really picked a winner for a while, but this week I would like to say that Melody is my winner for this week, not only is her picture so carefully created, she got her picture done on Monday even before her class last week! Apparently, it was a nice break away from all the school work she’s doing at home. Well done Melody, you’re a superstar! Also, I love the jumper and blue bow in your hair.

This week we are looking at Co-ordination.
