Hello and welcome to another week of learning!

Last week was the first week on a new unit – ‘Health and Safe Eating’ and those of you that did the sheets have done a great job knowing what is good and what is bad for your body.

Good Stuff

  • Broccoli
  • Kiwi
  • Apple
  • Orange
  • Watermelon
  • Grapes
  • Milk
  • Toothpaste
  • Dental Floss

Bad Stuff

  • Lollipops
  • Cookies
  • Cake
  • Muffins
  • Sweets
  • Buns

Now, it doesn’t mean you can’t ever have bad food because life would be no fun if you couldn’t have a few sweets and cake! It just means you should aim to only have small amounts of the bad stuff. All food is fine in moderation, also, try new things! You never know if you will like something or not if you don’t try new foods. It may look weird, but it may be the best thing you’ve ever eaten. Remember I’m wise. Trust me.

This week we will be continuing on Health and Safe Eating, but looking at washing your hands. VERY important right now, so I’m sure you are amazing at this job already!
