  • Weight Lifting
  • Jumping
  • Press ups
  • Tennis
  • Beavers
  • Swimming
  • Football
  • Yoga (in particular – Downward Dog)

These are all fantastic ways to keep your body fit and healthy. You could all be personal trainers! You can be my personal trainer. I need one or a few. I can pay you in sweets and chocolates… oh wait… That’s not healthy, ok I’ll pay you in fruit and vegetables. That’s a great plan of mine.

 

Right, the winner this week is Joachim! Push-ups on the beach does seem like the best idea. I’m thinking your person will then go for a lovely swim in the sea to cool down!
